Thank you for choosing Judy’s Express Mobile Nails to serve all of your nail care and salon needs! Before confirming your appointment, please take a moment to review our policies below: 

Minimum Charge 

To receive on-location mobile services, the minimum charge is $125 per manicurist for private appointments. For Parties & Events, the minimum charge is $85 per hour per manicurist, with a minimum booking of 2 hours per manicurist. 

If your selected services total less than $125 (or less than 2 hours for Parties & Events), the minimum charge will still apply. 

Service Hours 

We are available 24/7 to accommodate your needs. However, appointments scheduled outside of our standard service hours (9:00 a.m. – 7:00 p.m.) will incur a $50 after-hours fee. 

 🔹 After-hours fees are in addition to the minimum charges stated above. 

Wait/Excess Charge 

To ensure a smooth and timely experience, please be ready to begin your service as soon as the manicurist station is set up. If there are delays due to interruptions, unprepared hands/feet, or unnecessary waiting, additional charges will apply. First 5 minutes – Grace period (no charge). After 5 minutes – $21.25 per 15-minute interval (unless otherwise noted in your invoice or service agreement). 

Payment 

For private appointments, full payment is required at the time of booking via credit or debit card. We accept: ✔ Visa ✔ MasterCard ✔ American Express ✔ Discover For group bookings or events with a Service Agreement, a 50% deposit is required at the time of booking. Please refer to our FAQ page for more details. 

Cancellation Policy 

🔹 Appointments must be canceled at least 24 hours in advance to receive a refund. 

🔹 Appointments booked with less than 24 hours’ notice are non-refundable. 

🔹 If any portion of your service is canceled or cannot be completed (for any reason), you will still be responsible for full payment, and no refunds will be issued. 

 Travel Fee & Parking 

Some appointments may be subject to a travel fee, depending on location and time of day. This will be disclosed in advance. Travel fees are separate from the minimum charge and do not count toward the required minimum. 

📍 Clients are responsible for any additional costs, including tolls, parking, valet fees, or other expenses incurred while providing service at your location. 

Right to Refuse Service 

For the safety of both our clients and manicurists, full disclosure of any medical conditions must be provided at the time of booking. This includes, but is not limited to: Diabetes Open wounds Infectious diseases Additionally, we have a zero-tolerance policy for inappropriate behavior, including: 

 🚫 Indecent exposure 

🚫 Sexual harassment or flirting 

🚫 Violence or aggressive behavior 

🚫 Verbal abuse or inappropriate conduct If any inappropriate behavior occurs, we reserve the right to refuse or terminate service immediately. 

❌ No refunds will be issued. ⚖ Legal action may be taken if necessary. 

Waiver of Liability 

All services are voluntary and provided at the request of: A client over the age of 18 An authorized agent on behalf of a client A party host on behalf of guests Judy’s Express Mobile Nails follows strict sanitation protocols to prevent bacterial or fungal infections, including: 

✔ Using new files, buffers, and pedicure bowl liners for each client 

✔ Disinfecting all non-disposable tools with hospital-grade disinfectant 

 📌 By booking an appointment, clients release Judy’s Express Mobile Nails from any liability resulting from services rendered.
